Meet Mitch Smith

Mitch is a San Diego native and real estate agent with EXP in southern California. While he came from a family in which commercial real estate was a part of every day life, he began a career in the fire service and has spent nearly 3 decades as a firefighter paramedic. In 2012 Mitch discovered a burning desire and passion for real estate. He immediately obtained his California real estate license and began working as an agent while flipping homes in the San Diego and Los Angeles markets. Mitch has been extremely active in the investment community. While working as a real estate agent, Mitch has built a business in the investment community flipping homes, building new construction projects, and helping others build a significant rental property portfolio. Mitch is extremely well prepared when it comes to numbers, analyzing deals and what makes a solid investment. His range of experience spans from acquisition, construction, investment advisory services, development and disposition. Mitch's primary investment strategy focuses on acquisitions with value add potential. Mitch loves working in both the retail real estate environment and in the arenas with both new and seasoned investors. His strengths are in the areas of creation and innovation. Mitch strives to build something big and to give back to those that are just getting started. He is the cofounder and regional meet up operator for the Barstool Investor.
